"Collin's agency is top-notch! I switched to Collin's agency from a different State Farm agent because I know Collin's reputation for great customer service. Clayton helped get me settled with a new auto insurance policy and made sure all of my coverages were appropriate. He patiently explained several features of the policy that were new to me, such as the Safe Driving discount. I'm not an easy customer because I always ask a ton of questions about everything, but Clayton put me at ease and made me feel like I was his only customer. As I told Collin, I'm so relieved to finally work with a responsive, friendly agency!"

"Can’t recommend staying away from this group enough. Not only did they increase my insurance premium over 40% over a two year period, they are not processing my refund after I cancelled my policy with them to go with another company. Collin told me it would take a week for my refund to be mailed and it’s been over two weeks. Either their internal processes are broken or they use incompetence as a weapon against their customers. I’m not certain which it is but either is unacceptable. Even if you get a good rate, I would look elsewhere because they will just increase your rate soon enough and make it impossible to get your refund. Edit: at this time I still have not been contacted to complete the refund so it’s misleading to say you ensured it was corrected at this point in time. Spend more time holding the people that manage these processes accountable and less time replying to google reviews within 2 hours of them being posted."

"I had a fantastic experience with Kim when switching to State Farm. She analyzed my two policies, determined what she felt I needed, vetted with her team (which I appreciate the extra effort and eyes on her part) and thoroughly reviewed it with me. I had a lot of questions, because I was new to doing this whereas my husband had in the past, all of which she answered. And by that I mean calls and emails days, and even weeks, later. She has been prompt, respectful, and knowledgeable, as well as very kind (something I appreciate very much!). The icing on the cake of all of it was that I saved a considerable amount of money! I feel very good about the switch to State Farm based on my experience with Kim, and knowing she’s there to help me."
